Degreasing and glue tail gas treatment furnace
The degreasing and degumming tail gas furnace is mainly used for the integrated process of degreasing and pre-sintering of aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, dielectric ceramics and fine ceramic components. It can also be used for degumming, pre-sintering and sintering of ceramic powder materials, magnetic materials, LTCC, MLCC, NTC, NFC, ceramic cores and other electronic components.
