  A degassing, resin removal, and dewaxing furnace is a device specifically designed for processing electronic ceramic components, magnetic materials, and varistor devices. These products typically require a series of heat treatments, including resin removal, dewaxing, drying, baking, and curing, to improve their physical and chemical properties. Through precise temperature control and professional heating technology, the degassing, resin removal, and dewaxing furnace can effectively complete these heat treatments, thereby improving product quality and performance.

  Operating temperature: 900℃

  Vacuum degree: High vacuum, low vacuum

  Available atmosphere: Inert atmosphere (N2, CO2, Ar2, etc.)

  Application processes: Sintering, aging treatment, degreasing

  1. Control accuracy: ±0.5-1℃

  2. Furnace temperature uniformity: ±1℃ depending on the size of the furnace chamber. If higher furnace temperature uniformity is required, multi-point independent temperature control can be adopted.

  3. Heating rate: Adjustable from 1℃/h to 40℃/min.

  4. Temperature curve setting: Heating and cooling control, with programmable/operable commands such as jump (cycle), run, pause, and stop.

  5. Real-time display: Real-time temperature, temperature segment number, segment time, remaining time, output power percentage, voltage, current, etc.

  6. Precise temperature control of electrical components: Using closed-loop dual-loop control technology, imported thyristor module trigger control, phase trigger control, or zero-crossing trigger method, the output voltage, current, or power is continuously adjustable, and has the characteristics of constant voltage, constant current, or constant power.

  7. Refractory materials and insulation materials: Made of lightweight multi-layer ceramic fiber board + nano-board.

  8. Temperature of the shell during long-term use: During continuous long-term use, the shell temperature is less than 45 degrees, and the electric furnace body adopts a double-layer shell structure.
