Hot air circulation degreasing furnace
The new hot air circulation degreasing furnace consists of three parts: air preheating device, degreasing furnace, and cracking furnace. It features fast heating speed and high temperature uniformity. The equipment has an adjustable air volume intake and exhaust system and a waste gas purification device, making it a new type of "energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and efficient" resistance furnace.
This hot air circulation degreasing furnace features intelligent temperature control, uniform temperature, high efficiency and energy saving, and a variety of models. It is mainly used in aerospace, ceramics, scientific research, advanced materials, medical and healthcare, and laboratory fields.

1. The heating element uses high-quality resistance wire, and the furnace chamber uses high-alumina inner liner material, which has good insulation performance, durability, and high tensile strength, greatly improving the service life;
2. It can be evacuated and various protective gases can be introduced for atmosphere protection (except flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive gases);
3. Automatic pressure relief for overpressure, overtemperature alarm and power off, and leakage protection ensure safe and reliable operation;
4. Our software equipment can be optionally equipped to connect to a computer via a 485 or USB interface, enabling remote control, real-time tracking, historical records, and report output for single or multiple electric furnaces; a paperless recording device can be installed to achieve data storage and output;
The vacuum sintering tungsten wire furnace is also suitable for pilot-scale production use in colleges and universities and research institutions.
