Small precision degreasing furnace
Developed for mass production applications in precision ceramic component factories, high-quality furnace materials and a stable temperature control system ensure reliable experimental data; the product uses mullite ceramic material as the furnace material, and high-quality resistance wire heating elements as the heating element. The temperature controller uses an intelligent PID control module to achieve precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements. The resistance wires are distributed on the left and right, front and rear, and bottom of the furnace, with five-sided heating, resulting in a very uniform temperature field, especially suitable for experiments and production uses with high temperature field requirements, such as heat treatment of precision ceramics and electronic ceramic structural parts.
