The 1000℃ NWTX series box furnace, introduces advanced technology, features energy saving, environmental protection, reasonable structure, and excellent performance. The furnace body is a double-layer shell, exquisitely sprayed plastic, corrosion-resistant and acid-alkali resistant. The furnace body and the furnace chamber are isolated by air cooling, and the temperature of the shell surface is less than 60 degrees. The furnace chamber is made of imported fiber, which is high-temperature resistant, rapid heating and cooling resistant, and has good insulation performance. 
Uses  
Designed for sintering/baking/annealing/quenching materials in an oxygen environment. Widely used in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for powder roasting, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material processing, quality inspection, etc.

Side-opening furnace door, easy sample loading, and can be equipped with vents, can be operated in oxygen or inert atmosphere. The shell structure is heated on both sides (or four sides) to ensure a highly uniform temperature distribution (protective gas operation as an additional configuration)

Furnace Body Structure
